Colombia River & Mt. Hood have been good to us!

Happy 10 yr. Anniversary to us! We can’t believe it’s been this long! We’ve been at Ainsworth State Park on the Columbia river for three days now. It has been an adventure. We went to the Bonneville Dam locks and fish hatchery and a ton of water falls yesterday. Today is our anniversary! We went on a train and trolley ride up toward Mount Hood, and through the wineries and Orchards. It has been beautiful.

Crater Lake- beauty & surrounding areas

Leaving Shasta area, we stopped at some waterfalls and continued along the way.  We arrived at crater Lake RV resort yesterday. It’s very peaceful here and fresh and beautiful. Yesterday there were two baby deer on the road and today, we almost ran into a baby bear crossing the road. He was so cute but fast, so I didn’t get a picture taken. I decided to enjoy the moment! Tomorrow we are driving to Ainsworth State Park, Colombia Valley river and we’ll be there 3 nights…. G’ night! I think I have duplicates below…. Sorry

Hi everyone! Hope all is well. In order for you to get a notification that I post something on the blog, I think you have to log in and make an account, which is fairly easy, FYI. We have had an amazing time in Shasta staying at Lake Siskiyou campground for 4 nights. Jennifer and Rob, and Christopher Ferrouge all joined us for this stay. Scott and Penny are here also. The men golfed on the most gorgeous golf course the first day! We’ve had a lot of fun, biking, and beach time and then today we rented a boat and caught five trout! It’s been so beautiful. Shasta dam and the sun dial in Redding are shown below too.  Tomorrow we plan on going to some waterfalls with the family, and then going separate ways and continuing with Penny & Scott. Next stop is Crater Lake! Shasta Dam Sundial in Redding Jennifer & I biking the trail around the lake  Lake Siskyou Penny & Tilly, Oreo & I
